Information for oral communications
Duration:
Keynote lecture: 30 min (25 min+ 5 min discussion)
Oral presentations: 15 min (10 min + 5 min discussion)
Presentation format:
Acceptable digital format for presentation – 16×9 ppt. or pptx. and .pdf file.
Presentation laptops will be provided in the session halls. Please note, a presentation with your own laptop is not possible.
All presentation shall be provided to Slide Center at least one hours before the presentation time or day before in case of morning session.

Language:
The official language is English. No translation will be provided during sessions.
Information for poster presentations
Poster format:
All posters must be prepared in English.
Please bring your poster in portrait style (format A0, portrait format, H 120 cm x W 80 cm).
No other formats are allowed! Posters that exceed the above dimensions will not be displayed on site.
Poster boards will be marked with numbers according to the numbering of posters as given in the Program.
Please note the posters must be hung on the day of the presentation by 12:00 and taken down at the end of the poster session.
Mounting material will be provided on site.
It is not possible to print the posters onsite.
