Registration fee for early-bird and standard registration includes: Get together event, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome cocktail according to the program.

Students and PhD Students participants, in order to apply for the reduced fee, should provide a copy of their student ID or an equivalent document signed by an official supervisor at their university or academic institute.

The Gala dinner is not included on the conference fee and must be ordered through the registration form.

The fee for the accompanying person includes: Get together event, lunches, Welcome cocktail and Gala Dinner. Admittance to the scientific sessions is not included.

Please note:

•  payments should clearly state the participant’s name(s)
•  all payments should have the remark: GA REIMS 2026 – participant’s name and surname
•  proof of payment should be joined to the registration
•  the invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Agence VERT COM (Conference Secretariat)
•  please send us an e-mail if you need an invoice to make payment.

Confirmation of registration

Confirmation of your registration and all payments will be sent by e-mail.

Changes to registration

Changes to your original registration should be sent in writing to the Registration Team to: secretary@gareims2026.org.

Cancellation policy:

Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to the GA REIMS 2026 Secretariat, sent by email to secretary@gareims2026.org.

– Until 60 days before the Conference: no penalty due;
– Until 30 days before the Conference: you will be refunded of 50%;
– From 29 days before the Conference: no refund will be possible.

Please note that any refund will be done after the Conference.

Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation letter.

Participants who are obliged to cancel because of a failed visa application will be refunded the registration fees paid, after deduction of the € 70,00 administration charge per participant registered. Notification must be received by us in writing (email or fax) not later than 15 (fifteen) working days before the conference starts* for refunds to be eligible. Cancellations received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund. (* Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days.)
